We welcome you to visit our factory when you come to China.

 Q: Are the quality of your product guaranteed?
A: We have QC to control the quality one by one. So do not worry about the quality. If there are some defective items, we can refund your money or send you new items as compensation.  
 
Q: I'm shopping at your company at the first time, how can I trust you?
A: We totally understand if you have some doubt about us at our first cooperation. You are welcome to visit our company or our factory anytime you like. You can also choose PayPal(the faster, safer payment) for your order.
 
Q: I'm a potential customer, can I get free samples first?
A: We are so sorry to tell you that there is no free samples in our company. We are a company with high sense of credibility. We promise we offer good quality for best price, so there is not so much interest. Sorry we can’t afford free samples. But We do value longtime friendship. We will refund your sample cost for your large order.
 
Q:I'm looking for some products which is not shown on your website, can you make me the special order?
A: We value our cooperation between us. so, if you can show us the picture of the produce you need, our efficient co-workers will spring out to deal with your order. Our factory will speed up for your special order.
